This is a small rookery located on the east side of the Brandon Old Town Harley-Davidson dealership. The area has a small floating dock, deck and ample shoreline to shoot from. Typical waders root and nest here, Herons, Egrets, Anhingas, etc. At the time of this writing the dealership has no problems with people coming to photograph the rookery. This is an afternoon location.

Directions: From I-75 exit at the RT 60 Brandon exit and head east. In approximately .8 miles you will make a left into the driveway that leads back to the Brandon Old Town Harley-Davidson dealership. Park out of the way and look to the east past the high-tension power lines and you will find the rookery. The dealership closes at different times during the week so one should check this before going over as the property is gated. You can park outside the rear of the property and walk in. There is a restaurant (Smokehouse) in the back of the property that serves good food.
